FYI, since you mentioned that you were looking at this seat. We rode for 8 hours yesterday, on some less than spectacular roads (some had some flooding this past week due to heavy rains in the midwest), lots of dirt/rock/mud on the roads, and I finished the day feeling pretty good. Mostly just not used to riding for long periods. I feel great today, no after effects of the long day of riding, unlike the first ride of 5 hours of absolute pain and aching, including for 2 or 3 days after.

The seat is spectacular, and i suspect it will only get better as it breaks in.

Congratulations on the bike! I'll take a leap and guess that is the wife/girlfriend's helmet. Love 'em both. I've always like that color blue 883.
