cold idle RPM
My 2014 Superlow 883 will idle between 1700 and 1800 RPM when started cold. After it warms up it idles at around 1000 RPM. If it sets for 30 minutes its back up 1600 to 1700 RPM. You would think it would still be hot. What do you guys think?

My 2012 iron does the same and ive wondered about it already being warm but it will drop back to 1000rpm quickly when warm

My 14' 883 does the same. I want to think that this is normal, but who knows maybe a mechanic here can chime in and give their opinion.
