Default Rear light and turn signal replacement

Upcoming winter mods may include removing rear light and replacing with under-fender(after chop) led light.

However, I did see a bike today at Harv's Fall Open house that had no tail light at all. It had RED rear turn signals that double as the tail/stop light.

Is that a kit? If so, where do you find it.

I'm liking these light covers if I can just remove the taillight and rewire the turn signals.

Harley themselves sell a kit that will convert your turn signals into stop/run/brake lights. Or there is also customdynamics.com that has pretty cool stuff for aftermarket lighting.

Yes, the Nightsters have the turn/brake combo, if you look at the red bike I installed the light under the rear fender, and the black one has the stock turn/brake light only.

Nice!! that's exactly what I want. I like the additional tail light under the fender. Is that a kit? Where'd you get it?

Yes, it's the HD light kit P/N 73420-11...got it from one of the discount parts dealers. I buy a lot of stuff from Kutter HD online.
