Hi Guys

I have recently purchased a replacement speedo from ebay for my 2012 sportster. Unforturnatley I do not have the data link cable to enable me to sycronise the speedo LCD odometer with the ECM. I have searched for suppliers and cant find anyone that supplies this. My local Harley dealer will do this for me at a charge of £50 for a few minutes work. Does anyone have a serial data link cable i could buy, know of where i can purchase one or have a wiring diagram so i can make one up. Any help would be greatly apppreciated. Thanks Rich

 

I can't find the part number listed anywhere. But my bigger concern would be if the speedo was brand new or not. I might be mistaken but I thought once you marry it to a bike you can't use it again on another one?

 

The speedo was bought from a dealer and has been reset to zero on a laptop
