My new 2014 1200T exaust is glowing red hots,at the inlet of the 2 pipes, i notice it when I was checking something at dusk with the bike idling
is this right.

 

Most people don't notice it as it has to be dark to see the pipes glow red. But yes, the headers will glow after a while of idling (also the tune on the bike will determine how fast this occurs). My 2007 would glow after about 5 minutes while idling in my garage (especially if I was revving up the engine on and off).

Now...if they went instantly red...there is a problem.

 

They will be a darned sight hotter while whizzing down a motorway, old chap!

 

Is it stock? If so, it's set up to run very lean for EPA. Lean=hot. Cheapest fix for that is a set of xieds from Nightrider.com (around $100). They will richen the mixture so that it cools the whole thing. Will run better, too. Not quite as effective as a SERT or some other fuel management system, but a lot cheaper! I've used xieds on several bikes. Highly recommended!
