Default Green Chili Run 5

Its getting close to that time of season to put together another Ride for those that are interested...
Bill and I talked the last time we did the chili run up to Utal that we might want to consider Arkansas riding up in the Ozark Mountains...
I was considering Home being in Eureka Springs and riding in all directions each day
One day we would ride up to Missouri Branson and take in some of the shows for those that are interested...
tentatively it will be around the same time as the others have been Mid June...
More information to follow
keep in Mind and keep on your calendar
More to follow
paul

UPDATE:::

As promised got some more information...
Ride dates will be June 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20th ....letting the kids get out of school
Staying at the Edelweiss Inn in Eureka Springs... http://www.edelweissinn.com
We will stay there all week and ride out in all directions for the week
I figure for those that want Branson Mo. is like 60 miles from there and we can do a day in Branson and take in a show for those that has not been there before...

Information about the rates:::
-- If stay five or more nights --- Sunday through Thursday, $45 plus tax per night; Friday and Saturday, $59 plus tax per night
-- If stay one to four nights --- Sunday through Thursday, $49 plus tax per night; Friday and Saturday, $64 plus tax per night
Add $6 to the nightly rate for each additional person in a room (third or fourth person).

I think I will reserve 10 rooms and we will have a cut off date to sign in for say May 1
I will get the rooms reservations under Chili Run 5 for those that are interested...
I would suggest getting the reservation NOW and for what ever reason you cant go cancel the room later
If Im reading her information correctly she has total 15 rooms

FFT
For those that are wanting to go and get there a bit early there will be only 3 rooms available June 13/14 and prices are a bit more due to a Blues weekend...the rates will be $79 for the earlier dates though
Wife and I will be there Saturday Late and take in some of the Blues Festival

2nd UPDATE:::March 1
Just got off the phone with Cindy this week and I was able to reserve 8 rooms not the 10 I had hoped to...The dead line for getting one of these rooms will be May 11...Rooms may be subject to change as far as additional openings where others from the other groups are cancelling...
If the group grows which it may since there could possibly be more riders involved since it more central located she has offer the Trails Inn as additional lodging which is right next to her location...number is 800-962-4691
More to follow as I get info...

I am ready. Missed riding with the forum last year because of the 110th Anniversary. Looking forward to seeing some old friends.

subscribed.

I get down there a few times during the year. It would be great to hook up with some forum members and go for a ride.

You won't be disappointed. The members that go on this ride are a great bunch and some of us have become really good friends. If you look at the stickys at the top of this section, you can see pics and comments from previous rides.

Fwiw, My favorite Chile Verde anywhere is in Rolla MO at El Maguay. The Margaritas aren't too bad either. It's at the northern end of a good Ozarks ride and then some though.

Now Arkansas - that's another story. I know of one place that has okay Mex food.
