I don't know anything about the community itself but it's in a great location(30 miles from My house).Canyon Lake is one of the biggest and best lakes in this area. There are endless thing to do and the riding in the Hill Country is among the top ten in the Country. There is a Harley Dealership 20 minuets away.Commuting can be rough if that's in your plans but not terrible.Let Me know if I can help out in any way.My Wife operates a Title company so She can find out things for you if that will help.

I will have to give you a call. Looking to build a 3500 SQ ft log cabin on the property. Something to get away on. I am checking on housing restrictions right now though.
