DFW Toy Runs 9th, 16th, & 17th
There are 3 Toy Runs coming up, and 1 Overseas Troops Benefit Run starting next weekend.
The first 2 are both on December 9th.
The Ride For Our Heroes
Benefiting Overseas US Soldiers
Cost $20.00 advance - $25 day of ( no toys, only cash)
Meet at NW corner of the Ridgmar Mall parking lot near the Naval Air Station Fort Worth and ride to Strokers Dallas at 9304 Harry Hines Blvd
First bikes leaves at 9:00AM, so get there early.

The Parker County Toy Run
In Weatherford, so it's a bit of a ride for Dallas/eastern folks, but Fort Worth/west side people should find it easy to make.
Registration starts at 8:30 at Apache Chopper at 2132 Tin Top Road Weatherford.
Not much info available for this run, but you can call (817) 246-2614 for more info.
The next one is the following weekend on the 16th
The 2006 DFW Toys for Tots Motorcycle Run
This is only area official USMC Toys For Tot run
Registration starts at 9:00AM at The VFW Post at 3420 Ave. K in Plano and will ride to Grand Prairie

The Big Texas Toy Run
Everyone knows about this one, it's huge
Here's some info from their flyer:
"The Toy Run benefits Mental Health-Mental Retardation (MHMR) of Tarrant County, Dallas MetroCare, and other children's charities in the Metroplex, where the toys are distributed to hundreds of underprivileged and challenged children all over the Metroplex. All monies collected are earmarked for educational needs & recreational use only."
There are 3 "starting" locations in the DFW area

Just remember this is for the kids that have not and the soldiers that wish they were home.
