I was thinking about just making a day out of it. Head out around 8am or so from Gilbert area, hit Laughlin around noon. Tool around for a few hours and then head back.

Makes for kindof a long day I guess, but should be fun. Anyone want to join me?

That might be iffy for me too if nobody can go. I just found out my family is doing a big desert shoot on Saturday. Tough call, desert shooting (dad makes his famous pork chops, along with some steel target shooting, shotgun contests with the clay targets, and probably whip out the AR's - think there are about 10 in the family for some shooting), or 8-12 hours on the bike and walking around.....

I was there last year (it was only about an hour from my house in Vegas, so headed there and back each day!)

Of course, based on how lame AZ Bike week was, I'm sure it will be quite a bit I miss.
