Oh, I remember now. I changed the Florence meeting place from the Riverbottom to McDonald's in the ride plan.

 

Why meet at McDonalds instead of the River Bottom?

 

Tony requested it. Makes no difference to me, it's just down the street.

 

River Bottom is fine ,I'll skip My Happy Meal .

 

George asked me to line up the times. Need to find out what locations people are going to be meeting, then finalize timing from there. The route is 172 miles so like Joe said, around 3 hours of riding time.

Here is a rough initial estimate, times are kickstands up. If we figure 1/2 hour per stop, there will be 2 hours of stop time here. Maybe we need to reduce that.

8AM Denny's, Mesa - start of ride, Joe/Donna, Matt, Dean, Bengo/Gwen, Fastbagger, Zoli, Jerry, Jim, Ryan, Keith
9AM Florence Junction - Jake, Bonnie, Shovelhead Jack
930AM McDonald's, Florence - Tony, Tom, Ted, Jerry/Beth, TJ
1030M Shell Station, Casa Grande -
1200 Shell Station, Gila Bend - Ultra Custom
1230PM arrive at Desert Rose, Arlingtion

If I missed anyone, let me know. Perhaps Jake and Bonnie could just come down to Florence. Only about 15 miles and would eliminate one stop. If no one is meeting us in Casa Grande, we could eliminate that as well but I would expect we will stop somewhere between Florence and Gila Bend.

Shovelhead Jack, Big Poppa Pump and Big old hairy fuquer, let us know where we will be meeting up with you guys and I will add you to the list.
