I'm W of McKinney in Frisco. Have you ever been to Spoons in Downtown Mckinney. Great breakfast spot.

I go about every damn Sunday. Live about a mile from it. Goooood breakfast.
Place called Baker's Drive-in off the square makes about the best burger in McKinney, an old drive up eatery.
Loose Wheels in Sherman is a neat place and very biker friendly.
2nd for Babe's. Good stuff.

Personally I like this place:
http://clarksoutpost.com/
It's pretty much in the middle of nowhere, and most of the parking is in front of a horse insurance place across the street from it. I like the place and if you want to go someplace where other folks go on motorcycles, you'll usually find a line of them out there on any given weekend afternoon.
If you want a longer day trip, you can head down to Hico and check out Koffee Kup. They are known for their pie, but have a nice menu also.

There is a good Mexican Food place on the north side of the town square in Bonham. Nice ride too.
