My friend's kinda reticent to ride in groups at the moment. So far the last several times he's gone out with groups they've turned it into a race rather than a nice scenic ride.

Great Pics!

As I sit here in Va. watching the snow fall, I remember living in Havasu as a kid in the 70's. Wish I was there now.
Thanks for posting the pics.

Not a problem. Join us.

We have faster riders who love the turns and slower riders who love the scenery. We make it work for everyone and no one is encouraged to ride outside their comfort zones. If we get separated we just meet up at the next stop or turnoff.

We go on these rides to have fun, the only rules are that no one gets hurt (ride within your limits) and no one gets left behind.

Joe

+1 on that! Some like to go ahead, but they never turn off the street we're on until everyone is together, so you catch up when you catch up. I ride much slower than the rest, and I just take my time and get there when I get there. No one cares.

Ya,. Like that never happens... Just let your friend know that I'll be happy to hang back and keep it a nice scenic ride,.. It is nice to ride and not be looking for Cops around every tree and corner,.. Hoping to God that ya don't get a ticket (again, and again and again)...

Today a friend and I rode to Winkleman and ate a late, late lunch,. (Good food and good prices)... It was a nice ride and we rode rather slow and enjoyed the views,.. I didn't know there was a river that ran through Winkleman???
