This is going to sound like a stupid question....

Does anyone know the dominant 1%er club in Arizona and how I would contact them in Phoenix?

As you've probably guessed by my avatar, I am a Freemason. I have been invited to start a local Grand Chapter of the Widow's Sons Masonic riding club. Aside from getting approval from my Grand Lodge, and having a minimum number of people to start it, I have to get in contact with the dominant 1%er club in the area to get their blessing (for obvious reasons).

The Widow's Sons are a riding club, not a motorcycle club and are non-territorial.

Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated as I am not sure where to even start.

PS... MossyOak... The Widow's Sons recognizes PHA as long as your Grand Lodge approves you joining.

I don't have any specific info, but the HA have a Florence Prison run annually.

The only one i have seen is The Hells's Angels. I think the majority of them are out of tuscon. Are you a 1%er club?

 

If you are not a "three piece" patch club you should have no problem with the 1%'s.

If I am not mistaken the HA would be the dominate club in Az. Sonny Barger had a shop and was living in Cave Creek. He should be able to fill you in on anything you need to know along such lines.

No. It's not a 1%er club. It's just a riding club.

 

It's not a 3-piece patch club in the sense that the bottom rocker does not denote area. The bottom rocker just says "Masonic Rider's Association" or something along those lines.

 

Try going through the Steel Horse Saloon. Friday night was HA night last I knew.

 

The Arizona Motorcycle Confederation is who you will want to get a hold of they are the ones how deal with all club issues to include the number 1 1% club. My guess is the Hell's Angels out of Cave Creek or Tuscon. Here is the link with contacts to the Presidents they should guide you to what you need to do.
