Hey guys...just thought I'd let ya know. Me and one of my local buds are doing an Iron Butt run on Thursday morn 4 am departure from Gonzales on May 27th, retun the 28th. Heading toward El Paso, and turn around. We are trying to get off the road before the Memorial Weekend traffic hits, and before the temps climb any higher. We will probably grab a short power nap in Van horn before continuing the last half.... just playing that by ear. Any who want to go, be at the Tiger Tote on 90-A by pass ready to roll out at 4 am. We have fuel stops planed for about every 130 miles. some a little shorter, some a little longer. I will probably strap an extra 2 or 3 gal to the roadcouch for just in case.

I'll be heading up to Big D next weekend to ride with some ole friends that I haven't seen in a while. Still have no plains for Memorial day weekend as of yet.
So it's looking like this weekend will be all about Beer, BBQ and polishing the ole hog.
Generally speaking, it will most likely be raining most of the weekend......so it's all bout hang'in around the garage with the neighbors while grabb'in a few cold ones.

If any of you Old Farts or ******* want to meet up somewhere in the Hill Country on Sundy morning, I will make it. I gotta ride back home anyway, but it would be a lot more fun with some company.
