San Antonio Area Riders

I managed to trade weekends and I flew in last night. I am up for the 3 sisters ride. Let me know where you guys are starting out and I will meet you somewhere on the way. I sent a PM to Gary (Cajun Refugee) and let him know about the ride. If he's in town, he'll make it too. I assume you are still going on Saturday (tomorrow) the 1st?
Well, I'm still on the fence. I guess depends on what the Doc tell my dad today. Don't know if they will discharge him today or tomorrow yet....Mom will need my help at discharge, whichever day it is...I'll post back here later this evening, or when I know more.....Otherwise...I'm on the square between 7:30 and 8:00. I will probably eat before I leave.

I suspect that you guys are taking 46 across. If that is the case, I will meet you at 46 and 16, just east of Pipe Creek. There is a parking lot on the right at that intersection. Plenty of parking and it would be a good spot for you guys to take a break before heading over to Bandera. If you are going a different route, let me know and I'll meet you somewhere else. For reference, it takes me about 45 minutes to get to Bandera. I'm looking forward to it! Hope you decide to make it, harpoonman, Puredeath and Bishop!

missed a good ride. The 3 sisters was great. Left San Marcos @ 8:00 am. It was 80 degrees. Got to Leakey was still overcast. Did the 1st leg then it started to warm up. Got back Leakey @ about 2:30 was 100 plus. The roads had been repaved recently since the end of Feb. It was a blast. Hope to see ya'll again next ride. Will post a few pics later.
