Still here @ dealer. Still haven't touched bike. This fuggin place is a goddamn joke. Wait till I get bike before I vent to their service manager.

 

Did you ever make it out of there Mike? Hopefully you are not stuck there for an other night.

 

I got bike @ 5pm yesterday. Made it to Laramie, Wyoming. Having breakfest then headed south. Have to stop in Colo. Springs see if dealer will change tire.

 

Glad to see you made it out of there but it seems they burned a lot of your daylight for a repair that shouldn't have taken that long. Hopefully the rest of the trip will go smooth.

 

Dammit, man! A whole day wasted on a clutch cable? I guess you were too pissed off to have them change your tire at Flaming Gorge (been there many times and they are mostly a t-shirt and show-room dealer). I'll bet you have a different name for them by now. Good luck in Colorado Springs! Here's to a trouble-free and safe ride home.

Had tire changed in Colorado Springs HD. Stayed the night with my brother. Headed out this morning. Going over Raton Pass. Then into Tejas. See ya'll in the funnies.

 

I'm ready to go any time. I live in Helotes and enjoy riding the hill country, but open to any ride anywhere.
