still have the same tire that I left with. In Rock Springs, Wyoming for the night. Will look @ tire in the morning. Have a brand new one tied to the sissy bar.

 

Still in Rock Springs. Clutch cable broke while on way to dealer. Had to order cable. Will be in tomorrow. Dammit

 

Thanks for the heads up. I was just "stalking" you, and was wondering why the spot tracker was still showing you there.

Look at the bright side (if there is one), you were at least on your way to the dealership... I bet that was a real challenge. Did you try to run without a clutch, push, or call for a tow (inquiring minds, and nosey b_ _tards want to know) ?

 

Ended up pushing it 4 blocks loaded down with lotsa **** & a spare tire. Got out front of it in a huge several acre parking lot up hill. They sent help out to push it.

Bummer !! I hate waiting !! Was it a 10am next day type delivery? Did they seem like they were sympathetic to your situation, or like they had you by the nads, and there was nothing you could do?

 

I can't wait for the next ride with Mike and we can all start with the "remember the time Mike went to Wyoming and had to push is loaded bike 4 miles up Hill" stories! Sounds like you are are having a great time anyway and I like most of us following youre trip are very jealous right now!!!
