Default Arizona Southwest 1000

Anyone in Arizona going to do the southwest 1000 Oct 4-5 for a iron butt saddle sore certifcate. should be fun. I have it on marked down but I think I may be going solo. Some guys I ride with probably want commit.

I don't even think I will have time to stop for a **** break LOL. You have to complete it in 24hrs. I did the math and at 75mph average it will take about 14hrs straight. Typically they say it is done in 18hrs. I ride a road king so I should stay pretty comfy.

There are apparently 4 starting points, 2 in Arizona. We would be starting from Apache Junction and you would probably be starting from Tucson, so we wouldn't be riding together.
