Hopefully you won't get stopped.&nbsp\\; If you are caught with the emission from another county, you will be ticketed.&nbsp\\; It is an actual violation of the Arizona Revised Statute. &nbsp\\;

Every year for bikes over five years old.
&nbsp\\;
To the best of my knowledge, not required for bikes less than five years old.

I watch this issue and have not heard anything (viable)&nbsp\\;regarding&nbsp\\;the '10 dismissal of Maricopa emissions.&nbsp\\; Frankly, if fuel prices drive additional MC sales, then (MHO) forget about the County waiving a right to that revenue.&nbsp\\;

This website sucks with all this //\\; ****..

In 2007, Tucson exempted motorcycle emissions testing along with collector cars with EPA approval.
&nbsp\\;
Hopefully the same thing will happen in Phoenix soon.
