Changed my mind again, going back to True Duals, specifically BUB 7s without crossover, and purchasing/installing a PC III. I received a quote from Republic HD for $467 (5.5 hrs), installing everything, which includesDYNO.

Good deal?

I can't believe that price covers the pipes AND installation. Please clarify for me.

Thanks,
Jim

Hey,

I am looking for a reasonable shop in the Houston area that can add mods to my new scoot, such as an exhaust system, wheels, grips/floor boards, and of course chrome.

Please let me know.

Thanks,

Steve
I saw some of your subsequent posts -- that you live in Sugar Land -- but if you are willing to travel a bit, Pasadena Cycles in ...uh... Pasadena is one of the best, and most honest/straight shooting places around! Corner of Spencer Hwy. and Shaver, they have grown from just a little place where they sold tires and some leathers. Now they'll do anything for or to a bike -- and at great prices. [Not a paid endorser, just a satisfied customer...]

Another place I have been very satisfied with is KT's cycles in Baytown, they have always done very good work at a reasonable cost for me.

RKCFED,

I have changed my pipes2 times and have removed them several times to doother mods. It sounds likethere are enough people on this forum including myself that will come over and help you and I don't charge a dime. I use to have a PCIII and I will tell you to save your money on the dyno. Get a map that fits your build and ride it. If it rides great you don't need a dyno. I had my PCIII for 2 years with no dyno and it ran great. Now I have the DTT which tunes itsself.

Is this Rod?? If so, this is Steve that briefly hung out with you at the Lonestar Rally. I got rid of my Road King and bought a Road Glide. I needed a stereo/cd!

Yes this is me. I actually thought about you yesterday but I couldn't remember your screen name. I can help you get it done.

I'm going to the ROT too. I'm leaving Friday.
