What about the Country Tavern near Kilgore in East Texas. Best ribs in this half of the state. Cold beer, hot waitresses, pool tables, juke box, dance floor, etc etc etc.....

One of these days I will have to go by there and check it out. I have heard the same thing about the ribs.I have a lot of family that lives in Kilgore and one of my cousins used to work there.
