Weekly E-MAIL BLAST

We started of this week with the Activities Meeting!!!
At this meeting we discussed the need for volunteers for the
Garage Sale on Sunday, The Panther Creek Halloween Camp-out and
volunteers for things to do at the Christmas Party on December 10th.
We had a good turn out, with people volunteering for both the Garage Sale and to help with the Christmas Party. And had some great ideas for things to do at the Christmas party.

For this weeks Dinner Ride on Friday, October 21st we will go to
Dallas Super Buffet at 3128 E. Trinity Mills in Carrollton.

As with ALL dinner rides we will meet at the shop between
6:15 and 6:30pm with kick stands up promptly at 7:00pm.


on Saturday, October 22nd we have the Progressive Dinner Ride .
Or you can still register online.
There are only a few days left.
We will also have the bake off...its one entry per person.
I am told that we have over 70 people registered and hopefully more.
If you are a volunteer to help with registration please be at the shop by 3:30pm. if you are participating in this ride please be at the shop around 4:30 pm. The first bike out leaves at 5:00 pm.

THEN…on Sunday October 23rd we have the PCH Garage Sale.
We will be trying to help raise money for the Christmas Party to be held on Saturday December 10th and other activities coming up.
Items you bring will be DONATIONS to help with the fund-raising.
Please try to bring SOMETHING.
Everything donated will be appreciated and will help;
nothing will be too big or too small.
If you think it's got even a remote chance to sell, then bring it on.
Any items left over after the sale will be picked up by a Charity.
It will be at the HD Shop in Allen, and run from 7AM till 2 or 3PM.
If you are planning to have things in the garage sale please be sure to be at the shop by 6:30 am so we will have time to get things in place.
