We had talked about a 10am meet at Detours on 620 in Lakeway.

( Badpig521 and khyber were talking about meeting at the Gruene HD and then heading for Detours)

From Detours, north on 620 to 2769 to Lime Creek to 1431 to Marble Falls. Then pick up park road 4 to 29 out to Llano.

Lunch at Coopers.

Then head south for Gruene for drinks or dinner at Bubba's.

 

Sounds like a plan to me.

I think I have a route from Llano to Bubba's figured out although we may need a route across the river down in New Braunfels

I'm picking these roads because of all the freakin rain we've had. south down 16 to willow city (harry's) for liquid refreshment and pee stop.

1323 east over to 281 then south down 281 to Blanco we could stop at the iron horse if we want to or need to . then down

the devils backbone another stop at the bar there? then over to bubbas via purgatory from there you local guys will have to clue me in.

I 'll have to break out a map to come into bubba's from the south side as I doubt if the bridge will be dry.

anyway, whatchya think about it? just a suggestion, I'm thinkin this could be a really great day of riding. oh and btw we can skip some of the pubs and drink sody water up to you guys.

yup I hear ya, we will be packin water in the bags. I usually go by the one beer then one water thing. It's even lookin like we wont fry. whats up with that?
