How is the riding in the Midland /Odessa area?

Right in town the riding is awfully dangerous. Lots of stupid traffic. If you go any direction from there you can find something that might be a little better. If you go south towards Big Bend, go southeast towards the Hill Country you will find some better scenery..

That said, I have ridden from home to Lubbock, Midland, Fluvanna and Abilene for lunch on different occasions. Im not a real picky rider if I have a destination.
