Chuck riding today?

 

I guess maybe now he can make it Saturday.

 

Yes I was, in fact I just got back home and checked this
thread to see if anyone else was riding today!

I bet you thought I didn't ride today just like Amy thinks
I won't be riding in the mountains Saturday.

While guess what guys/gals???

I tried to tell you people, I'm a rider, I ride my motorcycles,
I'm not into polishing or do dad add ons or sitting around
talking about going for rides, I just love to ride motorcycles.

Now if you tell me your bringing your new baby son with you
I just might" maybe change my mind about Saturday, but for
now I'm heading to the mountains to ride 4 or 500 miles!

Yes I sure did"

Marcia has rode with me through all kinds of weather,snow,
ice,hail,sleet,rain,freezing cold and NEVER said she would not
ride with me!

UNTIL: Today, today she said I had lost my mind and she
said there was NO WAY" she was getting on with me!!

She has no problem with any of the above weather in one
or two combinations, but not with all of them at once!

When I left she stood on the front steps and just shook her
head as I pulled away! I guess I have stepped over that fine
line now" LOL"

What the hey" I'm OLD I have a good excuse!! LOL"

 

I will see about baby, we want to see how the day is on Saturday, Weather and other situations.

 

Amy and all;

Marcia is not to happy with my above post and asked
me to set things straight on why she would not get on
the motorcycle with me yesterday!

She said if I would have asked her before my post she
would have told me it had NOTHING to do with the cold,
sleet,snow,freezing rain,rain or even ice on the roads!
She said she has rode with me long enough to take all
that as no big deal at all"

We live on a DIRT road or MUD depending on the day LOL"

She said she was NOT getting on the bike because she was
sure with 6 inchs of snow and ice on top of the mud road I
was going down for sure before I got started LOL"

She said the possibility of a fall was not what bothered her
at all, it was having to wash all the mud out of two sets
of riding gear VS my gear alone, so if I was going down in
the mud,snow and ice in front of our house I was on my
own! LOL"

Thats her story and she's sticking to it LOL"

Your baby does not care what the weather is at all, so
don't let that sway wether you bring him or not!!!!!!

My two daughters were on my motorcyclesfrom 3 days
old on.Kids are tuff and love to have fun no matter how
young they are! On the other hand new parents can be
WAY to protective because they have never had a baby
before!! LOL" Sort of like if you want your baby to cry
all the time and keep you awake at night all you have to
do is keep your house quite all the time and tell everyone
to keep their voice down all the time in your house! A very
wise old doctor taught my wife and I this one before we
brought our first one home, he told us to play the stereo
loud,TV loud,talk loud all the time and do the dishs loud
banging the pots and pansexcept when we went to sleep,
not when the baby went to sleep. Both our kids slept all
night every night from the first night we had them home.
All our friends with quack doctors that told them to keep
their houses quite, their kids woke them up many times
a night!!! LOL"


Good Luck what ever you choose to do Saturday and
have FUN" with your son as they grow up way to fast!
Trust me on that one!

 

Looks like the wife and I will be coming after all. With all the weather this week we had to cancel our plans. So we will be attending. Jackpilot, from over in Dallas, NC will be riding in with us. So see ya tomorrow.
