RE: Has anyone been to Cherokee NC
Heather, I live near there on the Tn. side. The Cherokee rally's are okay I guess. I hear there is more fun in the campgrounds than at the show though. We went to the srping rally and it was a mud pit. They normally have some good music and some real nice bikes. The good thing is that there is a bunch of great riding in the area. The BRP, the Dragon, Cherahola, and a lot more are very close to the area. One note for you all, there is a rod run in Pigeon Forge that weekend so there will be heavy traffic in Cherokee, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. Be prepared for traffic congestion. Have fun if you go and enjoy the Smoky Mountains, they are awesome!!

Heatherc,
Here's a site listing the rally in Cherokee. I try and make at least one of the rallys each year as well as both rally's in Maggie Valley. While your there, go into Maggie Valley and check out the Wheels through time museum, its one of the best I've ever seen.

Thanks Dexo;
We went by Wheels Through Time back in June. It is a great stop. I've never seen many boardtrackers so I was really impressed with number of those they had. He fired up an Excelsior Henderson while we were there; makes me want to save my pennys and buy an old racer!
