What a great idea; so who can I rent a Harley from in the nearby area?

I know there's a nice hotel in Robbinsville NC, but no dealers nearby (other than a t-shirt shop, but that doesn't qualify as a HD rental location).

Other than the Deal's Gap Resort (which I wouldn't consider a Hotel or Resort, as it's designed to be family friendly or oriented), is there someplace nice in the nearby area?

And with that said, if you could rent a Harley or even a different cruiser for the weekend, would you consider it?

 

I know for sure you can rent Harleys at Knoxville HD. I've never seen Smokey Mountain HD rent one but you can give them a call and find out. Knoxville has Mc Gee Tyson airport but not sure about Maryville, Tn (closest town to the dragon and closest HD dealer).

 

McGee Tyson is located in Alcoa/Maryville. You are real close to Smoky Mountain Harley at the airport. They have all sort of info on the Dragon and I believe they can rent you bikes. You are just a shot ways from the start of the Dragon and don"t forget the Foothills Parkway and Cherola...oly
