If you are anywhere near the Spotsyvlania county of Virginia, mark your calendars for May 22. In 2007 the Frazier family and the Mason family came together after their boys were killed in Iraq in seperate attacks. They wanted to honor their boys and decided to begin an annual yearly memorial ride.

The ride is short...Spotsy county to King George county (maybe 40 miles) and is police escorted. But at King George high school are guest speakers, other memorials for local hero's killed in the defense of this nation, and a variety of other stuff.

Last year we have over 700 bikes and since the weather didn't cooperate and some didn't ride...we're having to break 1000 this year.

I'm in Stafford, what time is the meet up?

 

Stafford?

I work right off Route 610 at Tech Pkwy which is west of North Stafford High!

The staging point is Spotsy High School and kickstands are up at 1100. The first several bikes start showing up around 0800.

You should check out Big Daddy Leather at 1900 Princess Anne St in Fredericksburg. Each Wednesday is a bike night from 5-8 pm. Even if the weather is crappy...bike night still goes so it's even cage friendly.
