OK".......OK" now you went and did it, your bringing the baby!
Now I might have to cancel my mountain ride Saturday!
Darn good thing I played hooky yesterday to take
James (Biggol) from Florida riding in the NC.SC.GA.
mountains for a short 500 mile ride. He had to ride
from his Moms house in Monroe so his day was about
600 short day ride miles... LOL"
I think James did very well for a guy that has only been
riding motorcycles about 7 months and rides a Dyna Wide
Glide which is not the worlds best tourer or mountain
motorcycle! He even rode it up from Florida (no trailering it)
My plans for this weekend were to ride the mountains
Saturday, then head down to the International M/C
Show in Atlanta Sunday. We could still do the show
Sunday if wewent to the meet and greet (I guess?)
Marcia and I just might show up?? (maybe?)

You guys are too funny.
Thanks again Chuck for the great trip and lessons in Mountain riding. I felt kind of bad continuously dropping back like I did and was happy when a cager would hold you up so I could catch back up and pretend I was riding right there the whole time! Haha
Also - Thanks for helping me pick the dyna back up at the end of the night. First time I've laid it over on its side. It looked so helpless laying there..
We were leaving a Wendys on an uphill slope with a right turn. I didn't give it enough throttle and it stalled. Unfortuantely, it had more momentum with the wheel cut for the turn than I had "rear end" to keep it upright. I fought with it and it won, to lay there on its side. A big credit to Chuck (who with the heart of a true motorcyclist) had his bike back around the building, and was off it before I even finsihed hitting the kill switch. He had her back on 2 wheels in no time.
Only scar it picked up was a slight scrape to the front brake lever (and I had to look twice to see it). I scuffed the clearcoat on the tank with some road dust we picked up somewhere and my chaps. Even with all of that, I'd gladly go out there again with you my friend. One Helluva' good day.
Not sure I can make it over to Speedway as I'll still be visiting with my mom and step dad tomorrow. If I can manage it I'll shoot that way but no promises!
Grats on the Baby Balley - I just got to see pictures today from the 3D sonogram my wife had today while I'm up here scootin around. Nice baby gear you have there too! You folks be safe tomorrow!

I made it to the Charlotte store for their event tonight. I was the ONLY guy there with no Harley paraphenalia on but hey, I don't have any!
I hung around a while, looked at some stuff, had the food and drinks, and then headed out. I didn't know anybody so only made some small talk.
Still was cool to see what it's all about. I'll be there on my Hog oneday soon.

You have your heart in the right place Snort and that's what matters. You'll be on one in no time now that you have the itch.
We didn't get to make it tonight, our daughters have their friends overand I really didn't wantto bring 4 giggly little girls with me.
We are hoping to make it tommorrow though.(Maybe)

I'm leaving the house about 12pm, should be there between 12:30 and 1pm. Bringing a friend of mine from Gastonia, trying to bring him over to the DARKSIDE...LoL... See ya'll there. I'm riding the Blackcherry and Blackpearl Ultra with the Tourpack removed.
