Default Go a little further north

Like maybe an hour or two. North Carolina has some of the most spectacular riding you will ever see. South Carolina is cool as hell cause of the helmet thing, but theres nothing like riding a mountain road!

I would think that the ride from NY to SC just might do it.

I'm originally from northern NJ and miss the mountain roads...sc roads are straight and boring.

I'd hop on hwy 11 and head north towards the upstate where GA and TN and NC all come in....Gorgeous country up there and some good fishin spots too...

I've ridden hwy 11 from spartanburg to below greenville. Nice road...some twisities and some nice straights. Good mix.

No problem. I'd also check out northeastern Ga, since you're so close.

What part of upstate NY did you come from? I grew up in Paterson, NJ not far from Suffern.
