I bought my bike at Cape Fear. Mine was used, a consignment bike so there was no dickering on the price. I have not had any work done there because I like Elite Motorcycles, see Mike or Wimpy. They are very reasonable and careful with your bike.Cape Fear staff is very nice but it is still a dealership, you can come out way better on repairs at the independent shops. Thank you for your service, look me up when you get back and I will buy you a beer or two.

 

While I was deployed last year my wife went to Cape Fear and told the 1st guy she talked to she wants to buy the 1 crossbones they had. She told me on the phone she waited for an hour and then told the 2nd guy she had a $9,000 check to put down on the bike. She waited another 45 mins, drove to Smithfield and was instantly helped and the bike was mine including finance time under 1 hour from when she walked in the door. Thanks Jeremy!

Most of this info for me is second hand from my wife, who could have been having a bad day or just mad a me for buying another bike and the littlest thing set her off. I have not been in there for anything to date due to deployments and services being done at Smithfield.

 

Bought my bike there in early 06, paid msrp they wouldn't budge. I went in there about 6 times and no one approached me, as I walked around not that they where busy. But also they didn't presure me ether. Have not heard anything really bad about them, but nothing really good ether.

 

Last time I took a ride up there, they have some good lookin women staff. Thats a plus in my book. I live about 1.5 hrs south of Cape Fear HD.
