Puting together a ride down to the WildHog Music Fest on saturday April 22nd. Planning to leave out from Memphis 9:30am, ride down to the festival, spend a couple hours, then roll back to Memphis, with a stop off at BackTracks near Tunica for a cool beverage. Anyone interested in making the ride, either post it here or shoot me an email.

We have a couple bikes coming out of Atoka/Munford at 730am - meeting a few in Collierville 830am - and the rest in Horn Lake 10am. Taking the BackRoads down through Arkabutla Lake, then cuting across on hwy 4 to Evansville, picking up Old 61 to Powell Road, which is a backroads shortcut to hwy 49. We will be stopping at BackTracks on the return trip. Hope we get to see y'all too

 

Absolute awesome ride today. 5 Harleys (sporster, roadking, 2 ultras, and a custom lowrider) rolled out of Memphis beneath clear blue skies, 78 degree temps, and ran the BackRoads to Helena, Ar. Plenty of twisties, scenery, good music, good food, great company, and Harleys. Started the ride at 8am and got home at 8pm. One of the best rides so far this year!!!!! MidSouth BackRoads R O C K S!!!!!

 

We left Atoka at 8am as well. What a great day for a ride. Got the bike dyno'd while there this weekend, and saw a bunch of great looking rides. Got home about 830pm. Sunburn on the face, neck and arms but well worth it. Sorry didn't get to meet up with you BlackOak.

We were hanging out @ the Dyno machine for awhile. Seen a good friend there name Gill, he rode down with a bunch of folks from Atoka too, left out about the same time. We might know some of the same folks. Saw and spoke with Snoopy, Sherry, and Kenneth G. in Helena just before we left. They too left out from Atoka if I remember right. Snoopy & Kenneth are members of the wolfpack riding club, but not sure if Sherry is anymore.
We would of gotten back earlier, but made a pit stop at BackTracks corner of StarLanding Rd & Old Hwy 61.

I wont be riding next weekend, got stuff to do, but may try to sneak out sunday afternoon for a little. Most folks I know will be up to SkullBones, might ride up and back on Sunday.

 

That's funny! I rode down with Gill, Ken and the pack. My wife and I just met them a few weeks ago and have been riding with them since. Small world. My bike was the blue Heritage Classic sitting in front of the dyno booth. I parked it there for the day after I got it dyno'd. We left out about 4pm and crossed the river to the casino for dinner.

Not counting Gill, these are the folks I rode down with, along with the folks in the background - lady with cowboy lookin hat - white haired guy behind her and left - and the dark feller with hat next to him. I've know Ken and his crowd for about 4 years now. Like the folks, but don't care for the club thing. Not much on "In Charge People" when I ride. Was never a membr of the wolfpack, but use to ride with them occasionally, before they were a bonified riding club.

Don't recall seeing your bike though...hard to take ones eyes off Gill's bike. Awesome bike he has.....
