It's Bill's Underground Choppers and they are located on 5th ave, next to the Palm, and across from the Summit Center. His Willie Nelson bike isthe centerpiece. I don't particularly care for a ride with autographs all over it. I have heard very good things about UGC fat tire kits and saw one on a sportster (the tire & kit cost more than the bike). www.wildbillsundergroundchoppers.com
