Default MB Bike Washing ??

Last time we went MB we trailered the bike for reason out of my control. (We had a wedding to go to during bike week so we had to take the cage with our clothes and junk) Anyway, I took stuff to wash the bike with me. I am riding down this time and will not have anything to clean with. What do others do in this situation? I don't want to spend a ton of money on cleaning supplies I will have to leave at the beach. Would anyone like to chip in on cleaning supplies and get a couple of cleaning rags, soap, bucket and other assorted things?

Or will someone trailering down have some of the basic supplies they will share? I will give a few bucks to help on the cost.

Hey sim

I'm trailering down and will have a box of the basic stuff. Some Mequires Detailing Spray, some terry cloth towels and a small assortmnet of microfiber cloths. This is usually all I ever need if I stay on top of it anyways. Also, I'm sure they will have a bike wash set up there at the Bar Harbor?? Anyway, I'll get with you when I get down there on Thursday.

Ride it. Wash it when you get home.

This is what I always do... take the trash can out of the motel room, fill it with water. Take a wash cloth, wet it in the can, and wipe down the bike, use hand towel to dry, continuerinsing out the rag and drying as needed. Good till ya get home.

Simcom I have the detachable tour pack so I have a little more room now. I will probably throw in a can of s100 spray wash, shammy, microfibre cloth and harley spray detailer. That will be enough to get me through the weekend. I don't mind if you want to use some of my supplies. I plan to be down there Thurs-Sun. When are you riding down again?

Cmon guys! You wash the bike before you get there and when you get home. I wouldn't wastea minute of Myrtle Beach's bike week, washingmy bike. Too much **** to do and booz to drink!

If she did get washed it would be because I found a bikini bike wash and let them clean the scoot while I enjoy the eye candy. [8D]

First of all let me let say.......Silly , you know Jana would claw your eyeballs out for checking out any "eye candy" what so ever..

Mark and I will be bringing the trailer along since I am still healing up and not supposed to be riding anyway. We'll be at the Sea Mist if anyone needs anything. Mark will have tools and all that other stuff if needed.
