Also, once we DO select a 2nd date, we should start a new thread announcing the HDForum Myrtle Beach Meet & Greets, and maybe try to have the Mascot there.

 

I started thinking about it, and it might be better to do both meet and greets on Saturday. That way folks who can just make it down on the weekend would have a better chance of catching one of the meet and greets. Also, the parking is probably going to be better at the new SBB location. And, there will be a ton of vendors there.

So, if everyone's okay with it, how 'bout these dates:

1st Meet and Greet - Saturday, May 13th from 2-3 PM at Broadway at the Beach (Parking lot between Hard Rock and Charleston Boardwalk)

2nd Meet and Greet - Saturday, May 20th from 2-3 PM Suck, Bang, Blow (new location)

I posted a message on the Masot forum to see if Capn_buzzcut (who currently has the mascot) is going to be at MB or can pass it off to me prior to MB. If he passes it off to me, I'll make sure it's at both meetings. Let me know what you guys think.

 

I think those dates should work just fine, and we can leave the ending times open...

I plan on being at the 2nd one.

 

I hope to get to meet everyone. I actually arrive there on the 13th so hopefully I can get situated in time to get over to Broadway. Im leaving on the 19th so I'll miss the second one. Either way, it's great to know that a bunch of us will be in the area together. I look forward to seeing you guys.

Yeah, leaving the end time open is fine. I'll be at both meets. So, look for my bike (see picture in signature). It's pretty hard to miss. Capn (who currently has the mascot) will be in MB for the second weekend for sure. He's going to try and pass the mascot off at the Cherokee rally. I asked him to try and pass it off to someone who'll be there the first weekend so the folks at the first meet will get a chance to sign it.

If he can't pass it off at Cherokee, hopefully I'll be able meet him between now and the first MB weekend so I can have it there for the first meet and greet. I'll keep you guys posted if I find out for sure.

 

I will do my best to make the first meet & greet. Clark I am eager to check out your ride!

First time going on my bike goind down 12th-14th only time wife off work staying at sea mist hope to meet some of you guys there maybe even ride down with some of you from charlotte.

 

I'll be at the Sea Grove condos on 5th Ave S. from may 15th to the 18th. Look for the yellow/brown Wide Glide and the s*** eatin' grin.
