Do a lot of people go to this? I know cans tried to do an uptown bike night on tuesdays and it didn't work out very well. I won't be home until 9, but might come down afterwards if people are still around.

Yea, this is much better. My bro runs it. You can use the entire alley for parking. It will hold up to 250 bikes. The past couple of weeks there have been 50 to 75 bikes at a time. I think they are doing a bikini bike wash too.

First I've heard of this. Looks like The Cycle Xchange is one of the sponsors and I get in there fairly regular, never heard those guys mention it.

It's only a few weeks old. Maybe 2 months. Turnout has been really good. You guys show up and it will be even better

Why is it that Bike Nights always seem to push
drinking and riding??????? [:'(][&o]

Will no one show up if they can't drink and
ride there bike home or to the next bar?

I realize only the (motorcycle owner types) go to
Bike Nights,Poker Runs and such not the
(motorcyclests/bikers) but I still find this a rather
strange thing to be doing for anyoneon a motorcycle
or any motor vehicle for that matter....

Probably because the bar is only promoting bike night to get bikers there on a night that they don['t have anything else going on so that they can make money on booze sales? A bar is a business and they aren't making any money off of us looking at eachother's scoots

Yeah I figured that part out years ago, somewhere
about the time (mid 80's) the(motorcycle owner types)
started buying motorcycles to park in their garages
because it was the cool,in thing to do.The part I don't
get is;how is promoting drinking and riding/driving
a good idea?

I second that" but wrong is not a strong enough word
IMO (stupid) comes to mind as much more fitting!

I guess thats why only the (motorcycle owner types) do
this kinda stuff..

BTW: I was up at Smith Brothers last Saturday getting
some stuff for my new Ultra, if I'd a had your number
I would have looked you up. Maybe next time around?
