Welcome back from your Pacific tour Mark. I will meet up with you guys at Bob Evans around 7-ish. I wonder if they have any idea what's going to hit them Sunday morning. Looks like we are going to have quite a crew. Oh yeah...Geaux Saints!

 

Hey guys, I did call Amy, the manager @ the Bob Evan's & told her that weather permitting, we would meeting there @ 0700-(fcking military guys !!!) & to expect about 20-30 riders. All she said was "oh my", how many cantaloupes will you all be needing !!!! I told her that Mark was bringing the ones with the holes already in em....LOL.

 

the last time i was there in the A.M. there was alot more room to park more bike behind the place and easy access to the service road when it comes time to leave the place...just my 2 cents

 

Well now guess we will need rubber bags for that mess

 

Rolling pick-up sounds like it could be fun. Ok, we'll slow down a bit for ya.

4:15PM, just got in from Detroit. 585 miles in 10h 10m. Scooter is all cleaned up now and ready to roll in the morning.

Ski, don't make me ride up on your porch to wake you up tomorrow morning.

Well - all went well- great seeing some of the fellow forum members again

I forgot this was for today vs. on the 11th - so as I was in a deep morning slumber -the sound of a Harleyrattled me outta bed at 0630 - - a lone harleydeparture from the hood(heck,it was a block away!)- I figured out quickly who it was - TOWPRO!

Well- long story short- I left the house at 0915 and got there at the staging area - and found Gargoyle, Storm4U, Towpro and KFP60....and one more guy that may join theforum after I told him about it- His name was Darrell - he has the loudest pipesthat I've ever heard- on a 2006 StreetGlide! -(Say What?!?)

I split off at route 28 South after the turn at the aerodrome..I just didn't feel like playing accordian with 1000 bikes all the way to the Pentagon today!...till next time fellas - ride safe!

 

Danester it was good seeing some of the Skyline Group again
It got a tad bit toasty sitting on the runway for all that time
but it was a good time bringing the :Bar Hopper" out

 

Well, I had no idea any of this was taking place. Ive never been to this 'forum' before and didnt know it existed.

It was good seeing some of the skyline folks at the air and space annex. It was also good riding with 1000 accordians to the pentagon north lot.

TOW, add me to the nova listing. . . If i have advance notice of a ride I can trade in my plane for a day and participate!
