Blackdragon, the bike is fantastic. The red leads are sharp too. Nice touch. I'm anxious to post my pics, but am lost without my secretary. I'll try next week...

 

Welcome, Dbull! Really sorry about your bike. Glad you're able to still get 'er fixed and ride.

 

As far as me, broken right wrist in two places, sprained left wrist, sprained right ankle and a very sore bum. The bike is not too bad front wheel and tire, front fendr, gas tank and afew other odds and ends. Harley makes tough bikes I was probebly doing around 40 mph when I hit him. He was in a Suburban.

 

Damn cagers, they can wreck your whole day.
Hopefully you and the bike will both heal soon,

would anyone have a picture or two of what the 2008 fxstc fuel tank looks like w/o the console or that leather strap on it.

im trying to see what kinda work (patching up any holes/recesses) would need to be done to ditch the console and that strap when i pick up mine.

Good looking bike there; nice to see "my" pipes on another FXSTC and in a red which looks very fine.
