No good. Its chromed and honestly it seems to be a slightly finer thread. It TQ'ed down at 30 Lbs but wasnt pinching that shift arm on the shaft tight enough.

Tossed the chrome death bolt. Put stocker back in...Solid.

Gotta run down to ace in the AM and get one thats long enough to use a lock washer.

Word of warning: La Jockey is a badass kit. The fit and quality is literally OEM. With one exception being the supplied bolt that secured the shifter itself to the factory stubby shift arm? No good. Toss it. Put one in that isnt chromed.

Another guy had the same issue over in the Softail section.

Be done tomorrow!!

I don't know why but the denim silver paint on the older trains is growing on me....that's probably not a good sign...
