Install the bolts on the original shocks and then sell the "lowering" shocks to pay for the bolts and the money you originally spent on the shocks. No loss that way.......
That's an idea.
Though I'm contemplating the idea of combining the 1" of the struts and 2" of the bolts and running LAF. "Low As F*ck"
I think it's your eyes Ryan... lol How you been haven't seen you on much?
hey mark. im good. ive been too busy at work to get on a computer much lately. im trying to pick up as much extra work as i can to pay for this damn wedding.

You would only be as low as the bolt kit in the end... Holding the low profile bolts from harley in your hand... beacuse they would be replaced with the new bolts. Do what Outlaw said and put the lowing bolts on the stock shocks so that way you can sell the harley 1"er's.
I hear you Ryan... Don't let her sell your bike for the wedding... LMAO
Bummer. I like the idea of a 3 inch drop.
Oh well, good to know.
Use the bolt kit on the stock shocks and set the preload to the softest setting they can go to... That will allow the shock to strech out to it max... Which will bring you down a little more or an air ride would do it. I have 4" on the back with progressive 413's... Remember longer is lower for these softails.
Hi,
anyone who has experience with removing fueltank-emblem?
Is it attached the same way as the reflectors and is there anything special to think about to avoid marks?
Same as above but I used some kit string I had lying around, the fishing line broke a couple times... Do it in the shade when it's nice and cool... Then I used goo gone to clean it up... Followed by a good polish job.
