If you look at the bottom of those trees, they are drilled for the internal stop already. Go that route, you won't regret it. The "Burnout" doesn't lower the rear more than 2" max. If you need more, go with the lowering bolts. They're easy enough to install and ride fine if you set the shock up correctly.

The plate looks really nice, Mark! You sohuld be getting a package soon. Elidia found something she wants done. I'll have to send a pic...... I need to hollar at you anyway. Ready to get busy at the shop?

Beat the heat up in Big Bear last weekend.
80 Degrees vs 100+ I'll take it.
Here's some crappy phone pics.

What would be the benefit of getting that tree and powder coating it vs the stock one? (Just wondering sorry for all the questions I am new to this stuff)

Thats fine I did not want to go lower than that anyways.

The only benefit of getting that tree would be if you like the looks. If you're good with the stock HD unit, keep it and get it coated. No need to spend money unless it's something you really like.

Thank for the pics, Dak! Very nice!

Thanks Mark!

Got ya TX I don't mind the stock one. Question in order to prep these lower fork sliders for powder coating do I need to completely disassemble the forks?
