Small rant....
have any of you guys ever heard nothing but good things about something then when you pull the trigger, your extremely unimpressed?
Example:
I ordered a hand full of items from a forum sponsor who will remain unnamed. Even though they were quick to respond I feel like they didnt listen to anything I said. I asked them if they could ship a particular item before the rest of the order so I could have it installed before a trip. Told me it was "no problem". Shortly after they tell me it will be shipping the next day. GREAT! knew right away it wouldnt make it in time(it didnt). Prior to this I had givin them my shipping information. A buisiness address if they were using UPS or FEDex and my home address for USPS. What do they do? ship the remainder of my order to my buisness address via USPS. Which wouldnt be a problem if they delivered mail to my work! So who knows when it'll show up. I'm not mad, just extremely disapointed/unimpresssed.
I wouldnt have said anything if it had just been the first item but after the shipping error, it pushed me over the edge.

Most decent companies will do something to try to make it right. If the don't at least appologize I would spend my money elsewhere next time.
