Congrats on ur eBay purchase, Mark. I didn't make out quite so well... just filed a claim earlier today with Buyer Protection over a "no item shipped, no reply from seller" issue with House of H-D, Milwaukee. DO NOT BUY FROM THOSE *** SACKERS (is anyone here old enough to remember that term?)!! eBay talks the talk but I've heard they suck when it comes to disputes like this. Hopefully I don't get stiffed for my $195.

Hell, I got enough frequent flyer miles for a trip to Milwaukee...

 

The disputes take an overly long amount of time but I have had them work..just be prepared to wait

Sorry to hear that Bob... I've been though it once before and they are pretty good about. Just file the claim and give it a little bit of time then tell them "Hey I tried to contact the seller but I get no answer? I got my money back... hopefully you will also. M
