the secret to finishing them is don't stop working on them.It was a real shitty winter in N. Ga. so time in the garage was an excape.

Hey Guys... Well everyone was late... lol And the turn out was about 12 Trains... The film crew did come out and filmed us going down the H3 freeway... They did some shots of the bikes also. My guys came out also so all together after we had about 25 to 30 bikes for the around the Island ride after the filming. I only took a few shots and made some new friends that I'm sure I'll ride with again. The 2 road guards were awesome they did a really good job.

Me, Mike (DarkTrak) and Larry (808shots guy) yes he also rides a train...

ok. here we go. i had another seat laying around and wanted a more comfortable better looking seat. my tail bone was super sore after a ride the one day. stupid harley put their ignition module right behind the seat which then means that there has to be a place either in the fender or in the seat to make room for that. well on the 06 gay harley made room for it in the seat. not in the fender which means that it puts less foam there and alot of pressure on your tail bone. so i set out to make a better seat. the seat pan i had was metal and i was able to beat out a spot for my tailbone to sit and that made it super comfortable once i had already cut the foam away. so i covered it today with some batting and put it on the bike. it is super comfy and still super low profile. here are some pictures let me know if you like it or not. it hasnt been covered yet. that is another question i have for everyone. should i a. take it to a car upholstry place and have them put some good quality vinyl on there? B. go to jo ann fabric and get the best vinyl then i cover it? C. go to tandy leather buy some good leather and do a real custom cover on there? D take it to a motorcycle seat person and have them cover it with leather? so well im gonna put a bunch of pics on here. some are of it and some are of the other seat that i had just to show compairison.

I had a seat reupholstered a number of years back. The guy that did the upholstery was a seasoned pro at bike seats and he pushed me away from real leather because of durability and flexibility. He used a very heavy synthetic that you couldn't tell apart from soft leather. JM2¢
