Here's a pic for you guys... A local photographer took this last weekend as we were crusing around the south side of the Island... I'm gonna frame it and give it to my friend on the Fatboy... as a going away gift cause him and his family are going to be stationed in Cali.
He has no Idea someone was taking pictures so he'll be suprised...

DB - I got some stuff put together. Im in crunch time with the end of this semester. Hopefully over the next week or so Ill be able to spend a little more time on it and get down to the machine shop to play with some metal. The nice thing is, once I get one off that works well, making a copy isnt nearly as time consuming. My schedule BLOWS right now man.

In a way... Yes! He just got back from Afghanistan where they had a rough deployment, their battalion as a whole lost 10 men. And my heart goes out to all their families... I'm happy my friends made it home, but very sad about the ones who didn't. That was his first ride on his Fatboy after 7 months of sleeping on the ground.

 

tx_outlaw, could u please let me know which cables need to be swapped in the ignition coil harness plug so that the spark plugs cables don't cross?

btw, don't know if there is a diff but mine is a '07...

On your 07, it would be wires "C" and "D". These are color coded Yellow w/ Blue tracer (C) and Blue w/ Orange tracer (D). "C" is the rear cylinder coil and "D" is the front cylinder coil.
