I ordered this this morning... RSD Velocity Stack in black of course...
Can't wait for it to come in...

You mentioned putting panty hose over the outside for filtration. I may have a better idea. There is a company that makes air filters called UNI. They also make some filter foam. It's pretty inexpensive. Just order some of the foam, cut out a round disc and stick it inside the screen. That way you get the filtration and nothing visible on the outside.

I had some at one time. Seems like they have two or three different styles. They had some 'fine' (how porous it is), but it was a green color. The 'course' was black. What I did, since I didn't want the green to show, but still wanted the filtration of the 'fine' was to cut two discs , one green and one black, put the black on the outside.

Thanks man... I did see this on ebay and it is kinda expensive... Maybe I can sweet talk the wife... lol I would think it would need to be like this otherwise you could suck th filter right in? I know a 100 bucks don't seem like much but after that RSD V stack... She just may kill me...

Yes, you have to wrap the filter material around something. I bought some stainless screen. You can wrap it around the inlet, shape it with your hand, then use a clamp to secure the foam over it and hold them both in place. You could do that and hide it inside the PM cleaner. I don't know if that air cleaner on ebay would actually fit inside your PM cleaner.

I've never seen the inside of that PM cleaner, so you'll have to look to see how to mount the filter and what you can attach it to. Have you gotten it yet? It may come with it's own version?
