Got the jockey installed and its a breeze, rides great and the mini apes are uber comfortable. Most comfortable bar of the 3 I have tried....Did some 3/16 Parker line for the front brake, a set of cross bones OEM cables and routed my clutch as best I could to get it off my fender, the OEM clutch perch is easily ground down and looks OK once painted.

I'm now satisfied with my Train. No more major changes in store.

Errrrr....Anyone gots an OEM badboy springer front end they wanna sell? Cheap?
Chaz, I like the look with the mini apes. Did you have to extend the cables or are they stock? Nice choice with the fender.

I just wanted to say if it wasn't for G5's "Tuxedo Torpedo" One badass NT... I would have never thought of going with a Jockey.

Extended em.

The front brake is 3/16 Parker...One of those skinny hard plastic lines. Works great. I figure I'll replace the line once a year and at a whopping $8.00 at $2.00 a foot? No problems. Russel fittings. Front brake is the best it has ever felt with that skinny *** line and it looks hawt in person. Its the size of a Bicycle line!

Throttle and idle cables are from an 08' Cross bones.

Extended my actual switchgear wiring 4" as well.

Looking back....Man it was a hassle!!!

Bike is way comfy with the narrow 12" mini apes.

Its more stable and turns better. I think the wide bars and skinny wheel on my previous setup caused an odd thing to happen due to all the leverage I suddenly had. Now I have no leverage at all with 31" minis and it feels way better. The bikes inherent gyro action does all the work.

One reason I got rid of my 4-wheelers....... I started getting a little too wild riding them. Realized I'd better ditch them before they ditched me! Hope you get back on the road again soon.
