I used a 1/2 inch hose taped to the tire, you can see a small space in the fender to tire clearence, but it's much tighter with the 120

Havana...thanks for the info and the pictures

thanks for that diagram Sqrints. But im as confused as a baby in a topless bar. =( I think I'm gonna leave this up to someone that knows what they are doing unless I am able to get a detailed "how to" on this process. I have the manual but it's not the best. Im more of a visual learner.
Can someone explain what fall away is with a bit more detail ? TIA !!

Anytime 05Harley If I had to do it again, I would mock up the fender fitment with the right wheel /tire combo, I just was impatient, and wanted to ride. There are some sick bikes in this thread, and everytime I come in here I just want to reach for the credit card. I don't think any other group of harley guys mod up thier bikes to the extent that us nightrain guys do.

Fall away... lol opps why do I keep saying fallout... ?
Nah it's easy... once you do it you'll be helping all your friends with theirs... Fallout... lol When you bike is up on the jack the amount of of "fall away" the front end has when falling to each side... should not fall to each side untill 1 to 2 inches before stops.
