mock some up out of cardboard and find a good machine shop.you should be able to make a nice set for a couple hundred. Also look at the kraftwerks and kustom craft websites.they have some in the 300.00 range.

Can you post links for these sites? I couldn't find them on the net.

for the fender it's made from a round fender that I cut.

the bike is lowered half way, and I desigened the fender to sit as close to the wheel without lowering the bike more.

I'm from Israel and the roads here are s***y so you can't make the bike lower if you still want to use your back

I'm thinking of leaving the struts as is with only using a nice bolts...black or chrome

Thanks Story...I checked with the seller on Ebay and he wasnt sure, but he thought 1". I guess he is just a seller, not a biker. I will take your advice though (3/4), just too bad he doesnt have that size. So the search goes on........

Hey 05...there is a guy on this website DMCustoms.net that has it worked out to use a 5.5 rear wheel on the stock swingarm and up to a 200mm tire. He has kits and all. Pretty steep on the price but cheaper than some of the other kits I've seen out there. I have bought an 07' fatboy rear wheel that I plan to have painted to the same as my stock night train wheel. i am being told it works but i have a feeling it is going to be one of those "All Winter Projects". Has anyone else out there seen the DMCustoms site or used his parts?

My new front tire came in this week so I went and had it mounted on the rim today. I've been waiting on this for a few months and I will say that it is awesome! Metz now has a 140mm for the 21" rim! I've been running a 120 for over a year now and from the day I had it installed, I thought Metz should build something wider for the 21". Finally.......

Here's a couple pics of the loose tire next to the stock tire on stock rim from an '06 Train......

TX Outlaw - is that 140 going on to a stock-width 21" wheel (2.15")?
