@tonkak: It's a bolt-on if you have an '06 or later NT with the 200mm rear. If yours didn't come with the internal mounting bracket, you got screwed.
Hint: Use blue Loctite and don't overtighten!
Big Warm up here over the weekend, melted most of the snow and we were able to load the trailer for Daytona. 3-6 more inches forcasted for tonight. March 8th cant get here fast enough I'm ready for warm air and sunshine.
Yup, thats it. Gap looks better (1.5" smaller) when I'm on it. Thats with a 1.5" lowering kit believe it or not. Would love to get air ride down the road to really slam it if I want.
I did the same thing with a fat boy lo fender, 2" lowering kit and even rotated the fender down a lil bit to help with the gap. here is a pic before paint.

Looks good Johnny!! I've always liked red.
Thanks my first red Harley I love how it shines in the sun.
Traded the night train in for new scooters with the misses. Flat tack around the island all day, living life on the edge at 50k/hr (30mph), bunny hopping gutters, redlining downhill and all sorts of crazy ****...hardcore *********ers, that's how we roll in Australia
